Facebook Antivirus ??? and in their site

   Now Facebook has an antivirus which runs from their site and no need to install any software.

   We have heard of sites which has viruses but now sites are countering it with anitvirus software in their website.
    Yup,now you log into Facebook and a message will appear offering you an anti-malware scan for your device.This message will be displayed only if Facebook suspects something fishy about your device.

   They have partnered with Trend Micro,F-secure and ESET.

    This is what Facebook had to say about this in their newsroom site "Glancing through headlines in recent months reveals that malware continues to be a persistent problem for governments, companies, and individuals. With the potential to remain undetected on devices for months, malicious code can collect personal information and even spread to other computers in some cases. Compounding the challenges for defense, most people lack basic anti-malware programs that could protect their devices or clean up infections more quickly."

     Thus Facebook will become more secure.
